Poi Spinning is a dynamic workout, a beautiful dance and a creative element endless in expression. Poi are weighted dance tools that are spun around the body in rhythmic patterns, when a light source is added the dance becomes an all encompassing art form full of personal expression. Add fire poi training and fire dance the night away! Fire poi classes are offered after 16 weeks of training with the glow poi have been completed.
